Skip Tracing- When you realize the debtor “Gone Away” (untraceable) our team will do extensive search through our tools to locate.

In-debt evaluation- The debtor will be evaluated by financial capacity and if it’s a business, its ownership structure, number of employees, business acumen, history of business and its performance.

2. Why use us rather than a solicitor?

We always operate on a No Win No Pay basis against monies recovered. Solicitors can charge for their time and services normally on an hourly basis irrelevant of whether monies are recovered or not.

3. For which countries we provide service?

We provide service to our client internationally. We also have expert legal advisors to assist with cases that may require legal intervention.

4. Are there any up front or hidden fees?

No. We do not charge any upfront costs and there are no hidden charges of any kind. We operate on a “No Win No Pay” basis charging an agreed commission against monies recovered only. Our commission rates are negotiable depending on size and age of debt and these will always be pre-agreed before you instruct us. In the rare event a debt is not recoverable you will not pay any fees or costs to us.

5. Is there a debt too small to recover?

No. We will take on any size debt and charge an agreed commission against monies recovered only.

6. Is a debt too old to recover?

We will attempt to recover any aged debt. Please do not hesitate to ask and we will advise what’s your best available options are.

7. What is your success rate?

Our processes are normally completed within 30 days. however, within initial seven days will establish contacts and start negotiations after locating the customer for settlement. In many cases once we have been instructed the debtors are keen to resolve quickly to avoid any adverse information being recorded against them. Providing the debt is not disputed and the debtor has the ability to pay we will recover it for you. We always stress customers for full settlement but if they find it difficult we will discuss with our clients for win-win solution of settlement. We have successfully completed some cases within 48 hours.

8. Does the debtor pay you or us?

We advise payments to be made directly to you.
